Kantar runs it's internal survey to ensure that the company is creating the best environment for all the employees. I created a campaign to encourage employees to make their input and complete the Kantar Engagement Survey.
With the soft bubbles in the background contrasting with the bold typography, it really stands out among all the other corporate communication. This campaign resulted in a 90% response rate, helping create the workplace a more inclusive and enjoyable environment.
